ALL items are guaranteed not to be defective(DOA). We test each item before shipping to insure quality control. All items will have at least a 30 day warranty. Most warranties are stated on product page with the exception of cables. Physical damage, misuse or modifications voids any warranty on product. NO EXCEPTIONS!

If a part is defective email us and obtain a RMA #. Shipping is the responsibility of purchaser and is considered to be in your possession until we receive product. We reserve the right to either fix or replace the defective product.

Our warranties are either 30, 60, 90 days or 1 year. Most new products carry a 1 year warranty. Refurbished usually carries a 30 or 90 day warranty. Used items carry a 30 day warranty. All cables carry a year warranty from purchase date.(Exceptions are noted in item description.)

Any computer manufactored by us has a 1 year warranty on ALL parts. Physical damage, misuse or modifications voids any warranty on any product(s) concerned.

Returned item(s) found not to be defective are subject to a possible 15% restocking fee due to the time and resources utilized to investigate claim.

Special order parts have no return warranty.  If it is defective we will send the part back for a replacement of the same part.  A special order part is a laptop keyboard, Laptop LCD any part we don't keep in stock on a normal basis.  

No software returns. No Exceptions!
